one year after our exhibition with painter Mark Van Heygen “Dynamics of Quietude”, we present a counterpoint

over our head flies a plane - in Lakenheath, we went for a walk in Lakenheath - and above us an aeroplane flies with a destination unknown to us and with purpose unknown, we do know that planes are leaving Lakenheath for Palestine and genocide, not for the purpose of aiding people; but to assist in atrocities

we read that warplanes leave Britain for Iran

there are a lot of things we do not know - there are things in our public sphere kept in a state of “unknowableness” & that questioning the actions of our politicians, given the title - in a contemporary but maybe a touch glib fashion - the “Epstein Class” is to question the very foundations of our society

spectacle and the state of frustration

we know that the Epstein Class insist we keep our peace

misrule is the state of play, as we watch our planet meltdown, and in response - what - a baleful look & disquiet

we are very excited to have the amazing Karen Daye-Hutchinson joining us for this exhibition
